Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Planning your Trip to Patagonia?

If you have any questions, we invite you to review our most frequently asked topics.

1. How do you handle Patagonia's extreme weather conditions during excursions?

Patagonia's weather is famous for its sudden changes and strong winds. At The Adventure Corp, your safety comes first. We monitor real-time weather reports, and thanks to our flexible logistics, our guides have the ability to adapt the day's itinerary in case of extreme conditions. If a trail is closed for safety, we will modify the activity to a sheltered area to ensure you have a memorable and safe experience.

2. I have no prior experience in remote destinations, are these trips suitable for me?

Absolutely. We specialize in personalized and private experiences. Before your trip, we evaluate your physical condition, interests, and expectations to design a tailored itinerary. During excursions, operating in small groups allows us to adapt the pace of walks or activities to your own rhythm, ensuring genuine contact with nature without pressure.

3. What level of specialization do your guides have?

Our guides are certified professionals with years of field experience and are residents of the area. Not only do they have an in-depth knowledge of routes and first aid protocols in remote areas, but they are also experts in specific disciplines such as wildlife tracking (pumas), nature photography, and fly fishing. Their goal is to enrich your trip with their deep local knowledge.

4. What kind of clothing and equipment should I pack for the trip?

The golden rule in Patagonia is to dress in "layers" (onion system) to adapt to all four seasons in a single day. Once you confirm your reservation, we will send you a detailed preparation guide and a recommended packing list that includes: waterproof clothing (Gore-Tex type jacket), used trekking footwear with good grip, thermal layers, and sun protection.

5. What cancellation and unforeseen event policies do you offer due to the destination's logistics?

We understand that planning a trip to a remote destination requires trust. We offer transparent and flexible cancellation policies that protect you from major unforeseen events or flight cancellations. We will provide you with all commercial details before any payment and always recommend that our travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers logistical disruptions for complete peace of mind.
