Terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THE ADVENTURE CORP 2026 / 2027.

By booking any service with The Adventure Corp, the passenger declares having read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Company.

The Adventure Corp is a tour operator based in Puerto Natales, Chile, specializing in personalized experiences, themed tourism, and small group travel in Chilean Patagonia and other regions of Chile.

2. Bookings.

All bookings must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the corresponding payment and written confirmation issued by The Adventure Corp. The Adventure Corp reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email. Cancellations made 45 days before the start date: 50% refund. Cancellations made 30 days or less before, or no-shows: no refund.

4. Booking Modifications.

Requests for date changes or service modifications will be subject to availability, operational conditions, and current rates. TAC – The Adventure Corp does not guarantee availability for changes requested by the passenger.

5. Payments.

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. A deposit and/or full payment may be required before the service begins. Accepted payment methods will be informed at the time of booking. Any bank fees, transaction costs, or international transfer charges are the responsibility of the passenger. Third-party services (accommodation, transportation, park entrance fees, external guides, etc.) may have their own cancellation policies, which will prevail. Payments for a booking will require 40% of the total to be paid to confirm the date or program. The remaining 60% must be paid up to 30 days before the reserved date for the service(s). If the remaining 60% is not paid 30 days before the date or after 30 days, The Adventure Corp reserves the right to dispose of the previously reserved dates. This does not imply a refund of the 40% paid to confirm the previously reserved date(s).

6. Program Modifications.

The order of activities, routes, schedules, or services may be modified due to weather conditions, safety considerations, conservation requirements, or force majeure. These modifications do not entitle the passenger to a refund.

7. Weather Conditions.

All activities take place in natural environments and are subject to changing and unpredictable weather conditions. Adverse weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation. If an activity must be suspended for safety reasons, The Adventure Corp will evaluate alternatives or adjustments, without obligation to issue refunds. The Adventure Corp may offer:

  • Rescheduling of the service
  • Alternative service
  • Credit for future use
  • Partial or full refund as appropriate

8. Refunds.

All approved refunds will be processed using the same original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank, payment platform, and the passenger's country. Any costs associated with bank transfers, exchange rate differences, or financial commissions will be the customer's responsibility.

9. Passenger Responsibility.

By participating, the passenger declares that:

  • I am in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in the contracted activities.
  • I have previously informed about any relevant medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction.
  • I commit to following the guide's instructions at all times.
  • I am responsible for bringing appropriate personal clothing and equipment.

The Adventure Corp is not responsible for accidents or incidents resulting from negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow instructions.

10. Insurance.

Passengers are responsible for purchasing travel insurance that covers accidents, illness, evacuation, and trip cancellation. The Adventure Corp is not responsible for medical expenses or evacuation costs.

11. Wildlife Observation and Conservation.

Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. It is strictly forbidden to feed, touch, approach, or disturb wildlife. Failure to comply with conservation rules may result in immediate suspension of the service without refund.

12. Photography and Audiovisual Media.

The Adventure Corp may use photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional and marketing purposes. Passengers may request in writing not to appear in such material.

13. Force Majeure.

The Adventure Corp is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by force majeure, including, but not limited to: Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, social or political unrest, governmental restrictions, and transportation issues beyond the company's control.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any controversy will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Natales, Chile.

15. Acceptance.

Booking and participation in any service provided by The Adventure Corp implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
